Andrew has structured $4 Billion+ in deals including the Phoenix Hilton and numerous hotels in the Ramada and Best Western chains totaling $180M+, as well as high-rises and other multi-family (another $425M+), retail (specializing in NNN single tenants), office buildings, industrial, churches and health care/medical, plus mobile home communities in California, Arizona, and Florida totaling another $200M+, a Hollywood studio used by HBO for Tales from the Crypt, a ski resort in Utah, a warehouse used for the Star Wars films, a $92M+ deal with an airline adding new screens to their aircraft, the JC Penney’s credit operations center for the Western US in Albuquerque, and an entire island in the Florida Keys. He is also experienced with leasing all property types and sale/leaseback arrangements too. Lastly, Andrew has tremendous knowledge internationally from Scotland to Thailand and especially throughout Italy, from vineyards to agriturismo to castles.

Rob Skubiak

Rob joined Ostrander Real Estate Group and KW Commercial because, as an attorney with a strong history in real estate transactions, he wanted to be part of a better approach to real estate. At Ostrander Real Estate Group , we find solutions that are tailored specifically to each client’s success. These include 1031 exchanges, portfolio management, and other strategies designed to grow wealth. We build our clients’ success because of our knowledge and personal touch from the beginning to beyond the close of transactions. Win-Win deals and positive results are our mission.

At Ostrander Real Estate Group and KW Commercial, we use the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to exceed expectations. Within his role with Ostrander Real Estate Group, many clients are in need of asset protection for their real estate assets and other holdings. To assist this need and our clients, Rob is also a strategic results-oriented Asset Protection Attorney with expertise in examining and planning Asset Protection strategies and implementing firewalls of protection.

Having grown up in New Jersey and attended the University of Michigan undergrad, Rob had a successful legal career in Florida before coming to Arizona. Settling in Colorado with his wife and two boys a few years later, he is an avid fitness nut and enjoys actively hiking, including ascending the Manitou Incline regularly.

Sherry Hewitson

Associate, KW Commercial

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Sherry began her career in real estate in 1997, working with a leading commercial real estate company that focused on site selection, retail development, and 1031 exchange.  She relocated to Arizona in 2002 and, through the years, has gained knowledge within both residential and commercial real estate as well as auditing post-foreclosure real estate files for a global bank.

With a background in both residential and commercial real estate Sherry decided to zero in on her happy place, the commercial side of real estate by joining Ostrander Real Estate Group and KW Commercial to excel and grow. She stays up to speed on new technology, marketing trends, and compliance. She is committed to retaining the lead-by-example mindset with open communication amongst her colleagues, agent referrals and client relationships. Sherry brings an energy and commitment to excellence to the Ostrander team and continues to gain knowledge in the commercial real estate industry specifically within Industrial, Retail, Tenant Representation and 1031 Exchanges.

Sherry has a beautiful daughter. She loves to host events and spends her free time watching her daughter grow in gymnastics, hiking, and playing in any outdoor activities. They both love to travel back to California frequently to visit friends and family and get in their beach time! Sherry and her daughter also enjoy helping those in need and volunteer frequently at Feed My Starving Children.

Peter Kilbourn

Associate, KW Commercial

Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, Peter joined Ostrander Real Estate Group and KW Commercial with a mission to help others build lasting wealth through commercial real estate. A Marine Corps veteran, Peter brings a disciplined, mission-driven mindset to every client relationship, striving to deliver strategic investment opportunities that align with long-term financial goals, including 1031 exchanges and legacy planning.

Peter holds both a Bachelor’s in Finance and an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University. Before transitioning into real estate, he built a career administering large-scale retirement plans, including those for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Through that experience, he developed a deep understanding of the limitations of traditional retirement vehicles and saw firsthand the power of real estate in wealth creation and preservation.

Now based in Arizona with his wife and three children, a girl and 2 boys, Peter applies his financial background, investment knowledge, and passion for service to help clients grow, protect, and transfer wealth through smart real estate decisions.

Mary Ostrander

Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Mary was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and began her career in marketing after graduating from ASU.  She specializes in brand messaging and handling all areas of Corporate Marketing from website design and content development, to designing marketing materials, to writing press releases and preparing brand video conceptuals and scripting, as well as managing our social media profiles and applying strategies to build a relevant network, expanding our brand reach.

Mary loves to travel and play tennis and pickleball, and finds her greatest joy in her time with family and close friends.

Addie Cahill

An Arizona native, Addie brings her background and expertise in project management to Ostrander Real Estate Group and UltraLux Capital – simplifying the backend logistics to ensure success for all special projects. Her role involves ensuring that projects align with the team’s strategic objectives while staying on time and within budget. Addie brings a fresh perspective to many areas of the business and contributes to the client-centric approach that is the driving factor behind all we do.

In addition, with a shared goal of maximizing our messaging and brand strength, Addie manages the minutia and ensures productivity in all areas.

Cody Deppen

Associate, KW Commercial

An Arizona native, Cody joined Ostrander Real Estate Group and KW Commercial to share his knowledge of the industry and continue building on the foundation of integrity set by his mentors at Keller Williams.  With a focus on serving clients in all things commercial, Cody and the team specialize in helping investors grow their wealth with commercial real estate using the 1031 exchange process.

Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Cody served in the Marine Corps for nine years, and had a short four-year stint with Lockheed Martin. Both experiences taught him how to perform with a high level of competence and proficiency in environments that are up-tempo.

While working for Lockheed Martin, Cody attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and earned a degree in Technical Management with a focus in Occupational Safety and Health.  Cody recently applied and has been accepted to the Master of Real Estate Development program at Arizona State University and will be attending Fall of 2022 with an anticipated graduation in May of 2023.
